I used to live in LaCrosse and LOVED Lindy's. I recently came back to visit and had Lindy's again. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed!!! I ordered one of the new Craisenberry Wraps. It certainly looked good on the menu! However, when I got the wrap it had a single layer of turkey. The turkey was poor quality and very slimey. This is unfortunate because the concept of the wrap is great! The flavor of the craisens, walnuts, lettuce, and balsamic vinigarette was very good and this wrap would have been fabulous if it would have had a fair amount of quality turkey on it. I ate at Jade's Cafe the day before and had one of their sandwiches with turkey. Their turkey was high quality and there was a VERY reasonable amount of turkey on my sandwich. The best part, they offered a half sandwich with a cup of soup for $5.99. Half the price of what one costs at Lindys!

Get the Chicken Little with Provolone and FRENCH DRESSING and you will have a sandwich like you've never had before. Sometimes I get it without Roast beef and then they put extra Chicken on it. It's one of the best sandwich's I've EVER had. The french dressing somehow works so well.... Who woulda thought to put french dressing on a sandwich? Seriously, your crazy if you don't like this sub.

I order from Lindy's quite a bit for lunch during the work week and they never disappoint me. Their subs are always fresh and taste great. I love the Turkey Club. Their delivery people are always nice and friendly and they usually have my sub to me before I even have my money ready for them. You really can't go work ordering from Lindy's.

Soup is really good and cheap. Can't wait to try their bread bowls. Selection is limited but good if you're in a hurry and on a work break. Their hummus is good but the pre-packaged chips are too salty.

Stopped in wanting something healthy but fast. The feeling of the place is totally hometown deli style and even has a few tables to be able to sit outside. My partner got the Caesar salad and I got the Mediterranean. The staff let him swap olives for mushrooms which made him happy. When we got the salads we were impressed with how big they were...which was a bonus. Everything was very fresh and tasty. For me, the feta dressing hit the spot! Good options if you are trying to eat healthy as they put all dressings on the side.

The food quality was above what I was expecting. I had ordered a meatball sub regular size. Similar to a subway six inch. It came with three meatballs. The one in the middle was cut in half. The main part of this sub was the lettuce. The sub tasted great. But honestly 3 meatballs. It felt like I was subjected to portion control. Thanks for the great food Lindy's, but step up your sandwich making game.

I had a solid meal for under ten dollars, which was pleasing. I ordered a regular sized sub, however I'd probably go for a mini as that is still as big as a conventional sandwich. I will definitely be coming back to try their selections of salads.

Stopped by Lindy's with a friend for lunch a few weeks ago. I ordered the Uncle Lindy sandwich, and the general taste was ok, but it looked like something I could've made at home with ingredients from the grocery store. There was not a whole lot of meat on the sandwich, which was surprising considering it supposedly had ham, pepperoni, and salami on it. I think I only got two of the three meats.

In college we would always get these delivered to the door. I don't see how Jimmy Johns or Subway would stay in business with Lindy's around. I love the Ocean Liner-Tuna, Turkey, Provalone and Cheddar. Sounds wierd. Don't knock it till you try it. This is hands down my favorite sandwich place EVER.

Excellent local sub shop. What puts Lindy's over the top is their fresh ingredients and excellent bread. I'm an Italian Sub only kind of guy... so you'll have to take the word of other reviews for other kinds of subs. You will pay a buck more for their subs, but it's a buck... and well worth it to support a local joint.

We went here after hearing at work that their sandwiches were great and also seeing the one review on here. I will admit that they had very fresh ingredients and the bread was good, but after I finished my 8" sub I was still quite hungry, and so was everyone else that I ate with. Each of our sandwiches had 1 slice of meat, 1 slice of cheese, but lots of lettuce, spouts, etc... and we paid nearly $10 each. I would have been happier if they had charge a dollar or two less per sandwich and then given you the opportunity the upgrade your amount of meat or cheese. I honestly don't think I'll go back just based off how hungry I still was when I left.

Great salads and subs. Everything is fresh and is a great chain shop alternative.

I go here a lot. They have great subs, along with soups and salads. The Subs are huge and they always have the freshest ingredients. Very prompt delivery. Friendly staff. Spacious dining room to eat in. Self-serve pop machines=free refills. They have byo (build your own) subs and salads, so they always have what you want.

I love subs, however, I couldn't remember if I liked Lindy's or not, so I ordered a turkey with no cheese on wheat to be delivered to work this weekend. They said 35-45 minutes, and it was a little over an hour when the food came, which means I had to rearrange my break-time. While I was able to finish the sub, it was just too bready for me. Also, for some reason, all the veggies kept falling out....That gets annoying...The turkey and veggies were good, but the breadiness is enough for me not to go back.
